“Is there anything wrong with wanting to be the best? To be the next greatest thing? Of course not, unless you’re trying to go to heaven.

In today’s podcast and post, we shadow Christ in one of his teachings about heaven. He gives explicit instructions on how we are to enter it, and surprisingly everything religion told us we needed to do is not even mentioned.

Join me now as we hear this story again for the very first time, and consider who really is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.

I know that this kind of teaching makes people very uneasy. I ask that you please prayerfully sit with it and in your silence, explore the areas of pushback that emerge in your heart.

When Jesus faced the temptation to be named by institutional power, he was able to overcome it by knowing the scripture. Most people simply do not know their bible or even care to. That is the single greatest reason my content confuses people at first. Religion has trained it's audience on its narrative just like the media does with how it reports the news.

Forward this to your pastor, priest, imam, guru, or friend and see if they respond to this message just at the religious did in Jesus life. If so, then you have to at least consider what I'm offering here, before you reject it.
