Good morning ! Last week's message resonated with so many of you. I guess we all see the need to transform our understanding of what success really is. The world certainly needs this change.
Another area that needs transformation is the idea of leadership.
So many people who are in positions of influence actually do not understand leadership.
Think about most leaders that you know: Politicians, Professors, Pastors, and business leaders- Most are really followers that emulate "What has been" instead of being contagious visionaries about "What can be."
Leaders break away from the herd, FOR THE SAKE OF THE HERD!
Serving people means:
- Understanding what people need.
- Caring enough to use our resources to meet those needs.
- Giving because its needed not because of possible returns.
- Making a lifestyle of generosity, not a season.
Service is Leadership because:
- Would you prefer a boss who cares most about you or cares most about his or her agenda?
- Do we thrive under leaders who self promote or who promote others?

Do you want a leader who only looks back to what has been done, or one who has a future vision?
In our lives we have family members, friends, co-workers that need true leadership. Our businesses, teams, churches, and political landscape needs true leadership.
NEVER UNDERVALUE YOUR CONTRIBUTION! If you can see the difference caring for people makes, then you can and must LEAD in that space!
Find 5 people this week that you will give your best to, and by Friday you will be a proven LEADER!
