Happy Monday ! I hope you are planning a great week.
You know Hollywood has a great way of telling one of the most prevalent human stories. Cavemen find themselves in a world that is changing, and the old way of survival will not cut it. Humanity must engage their thinking if they are to be saved.
In business, in relationships, in education, in sports and in religion there are "cavemen" who insist on doing things the same old way. This almost always comes at tremendous cost because we live in a constantly changing world.
Are you a caveman?
Progress means that old ideas must give way to new ideas. Our ability to thrive depends on it. We must find new ways of understanding and relating to those things we desire to preserve. Consider how the "Fosbury Flop" changed the high jump, or how the digital age changed business, communication, and information.
Could you go back to the old way and still thrive?
Liberation means freedom from old ideas that keep us stuck. It means something new has replaced the old and it has the potential to carry forward to a better life. This too is a prevalent story.
Are you ready to be repotted?
I'd like to invite you to read an excerpt from my new book called "OBLIVIOUS."
I welcome your comments and feedback.
Have a great week.
