What words are appropriate for a year like this? Words of comfort? Words of anticipation? Words of hope? Spiritual platitudes? Practical advice?
Our world has been through the ringer. Our frameworks for normal and reality have been altered in so many ways, yet here we are.
For some of us, this year has derailed our well-being, for others, not so much. Regardless of the toll this year has brought to our lives, we all enter this season with a mixed bag of emotions, expectations, and experiences. My hope for you and your family is that you are able to create some sacred space for family and reconnect to our Ultimate Source for life and
hope.
May you give yourself the time to reflect and receive spiritual and emotional healing, and may you find the inspiration to face the New Year with a hopeful trajectory.
Thank you all for opening this weekly newsletter for all these years. Thank you for sharing it with those you love and for engaging with me on all the various topics that we dive into.
We have covered a lot of ground together, and next year will be no different. I'm so grateful to have all of you along for the journey of transforming all things from the inside out.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of you!
Sincerely,
k
